Who we are
VGP Consulting is a division of Villhard Growth Partners, a St. Louis-based private equity firm that invests in Midwest-based businesses, typically in partnership with entrepreneurial founders or owner-managers.
Villhard Growth Partners was founded in 2005 by brothers Doug and Pete Villhard. Collectively, Doug and Pete have started or invested in over 20 unique platform companies ranging from seed-stage startups to buyout platforms with over $1 billion in annual revenues.
VGP Consulting was organized to extend VGP’s reach and strategic insight into companies that (for whatever reason) are not viable candidates for direct investment.
